All Leaseholder Support.co.uk members are indemnified by us against Companies House fines for not filing either the Annual Return or Statutory Accounts for any full year we are appointed and therefore responsible for fulfilling the filing requirements.

The filing responsibilities for full or part years prior to our appointment remains with the Client as does the responsibility for any part year if we are instructed during a service charge year.
