All Leaseholder Support.co.uk members get Company Secretarial support to ensure that they never miss the critical filing dates for filing both the Annual Return and the Statutory Accounts.
AND, All Leaseholder Support.co.uk members are indemnified by us against Companies House fines for not filing either the Annual Return or Statutory Accounts for any full year we are appointed and therefore responsible for fulfilling the filing requirements.
To achieve this indemnity to you as part of the Client set up process Clients of the Leaseholder Support.co.uk appoint us as a Shadow Director with the following limited powers
The filing responsibilities for full or part years prior to our appointment remains with the Client as does the responsibility for any part year if we are instructed during a service charge year.
