More payment options (direct debit)

Find it hard to pay your service charge bill as a lump sum each quarter or half year, well as an authorised Direct Debit Originator the Ringley Group offers all its Leaseholder Support.co.uk clients the option to spread payments by using a monthly direct debit.

It then becomes our duty as the Agent appointed to administer your lease to review payments to ensure the demand for the year is fully paid by its due date.

Because direct debits are electronically posted to your account within 3 working days unlike a standing order we will know that you are not in arrears and therefore not take any arrears action against you. However, should your direct debit bounce then of course we cannot afford you the same security.

We then take the responsibility of reviewing your direct debit monthly in case in the month gone because perhaps

  1. The payment needs to increase as the service charge budget has increased
  2. A year end deficit has just be re-charged
  3. Or reduce because a year end surplus has just be credited to your account
