We recognise that in providing Leaseholder Support.co.uk members with on-line administration there are key issues that occur that need our strategic input.
We have identified the most common occurring strategic issues to be:
- Collecting arrears (accrued prior to Leaseholder Support.co.uk membership)
- Preparing accounts (for years prior to Leaseholder Support.co.uk membership)
- Changing lease(s) to enable service charge collection in advance
- Extending leases to 999 years (where the Client company already owns the freehold)
- Deciding whether to continue to collect ground rent
- Should we de-regularise so we don't need to call Annual General Meetings (AGM's)
