More payment options (direct debit)

Find it hard to pay your service charge bill as a lump sum each quarter or half year, well as an authorised Direct Debit Originator the Ringley Group offers all members the option to spread payments by using a monthly direct debit.

It then becomes our duty as the Agent appointed to administer your lease to review payments to ensure your service charges are fully paid by the due date and when.

1. The payment needs to increase as the service charge budget has increased
2. A year end deficit has just be re-charged
3. Or reduce because a year end surplus has just be credited to your account

Direct debits are electronically posted to your account within 3 working days unless you bounce a payment we will know that you are not in arrears and therefore not take any arrears action against you.
